The Huge Leap From The School Life To The University Life

it was my first semester at the university and I was still adapting to the huge change from school life to the university life. I felt that school life was more sheltered and teachers were a bit more understanding than the university professors. at school if you are unable to submit and assignment and if you try to explain it to the teacher, chances are you will be excused but in university life I realized that there were no excuses to be made. university teacher would never find your excuses worth listening to and submitting an assignment late will have its effects on your grade point average. whether your microsoft office crashes or your computer system crashes, the assignment should be completed and be on the teacher’s desk well within the deadline. you will be marked according to what you have submitted. in the university, no one is interested in whatever you went through in completing the assignments. university life although is harsh but it is closer to the real life where people are more interested in your working capabilities than in the problems that you encounter. the harshness of university life is for your own good.
